Based in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany, Zanders will continue to produce high quality specialty papers and boards following the takeover by the new ‘Zanders-Paper GmbH’. Dr. Marc d’Avoine, insolvency administrator at Zanders, confirms the successful conclusion of the negotiations.
“We are pleased that the acquisition will be made by paper professionals who are already very successful in the industry. The continuation of paper production at Zanders is thus assured. Business operations will continue with around 300 employees.”
