Agnati has made a significant appointment that will see a marked improvement in the service assistance for customers in Spain and Portugal. Senior mechanical technician, Vicente Copovi Piña, has more than 30 years of experience in the corrugated industry. With his knowledge in corrugating machinery, he will provide technical assistance for all customers in Spain and Portugal, including analysis, design, manufacture and commissioning of upgrades and new machines.
“Thanks to this improvement of the existing service, together with our sales agent Tecnocel SL, we can provide immediate support and technical interventions to all our customers in the Iberian Peninsula,” said Michael Schmiedt, Sales Director.
Riccardo Mauri, Sales Manager for these territories, added, “This is an excellent result for us and added to the improvement of our spare parts department, we will provide better service and we will strengthen customers relationships in the region.”
