Unipak Hellas SA has confirmed it has acquired Pako SA of Greece. The acquisition was completed and finalised officially on 5th September 2018 for an undisclosed amount. Unipak Hellas is a member of the Indevco Group.
Commenting on the acquisition, Eleni Koliopoulou, CEO of PAKO, explains, “The acquisition is good news for Pako.
