For three years now, Marbach has been one of the few diemakers to operate a die-cutter at its site in Heilbronn. The Eterna machine is used for customer and employee training, for tests of in-house developments and also for customer projects with well-known brand owners.
In July this year, Marbach and Eterna can look back on three years of successful cooperation. Jan Brunner, Head of Business Development at Marbach, says, “We are happy that we decided to invest in a die-cutting machine back then. During the last three years, we have been able to carry out numerous projects and training and so optimally support our customers in their daily challenges. Many thanks to Eterna for their great cooperation.”
Michael Münchow, senior sales director folding carton at Eterna, adds, “A lot has happened for us in past few years. Brausse has been re-marketed under the name Eterna (a BOBST Group company). For this reason the machine which is located at Marbach has received a new name. The Brausse 1060 ER is now called ECut 1060 elite ER. Cooperation with Marbach has been excellent from the beginning. The chemistry was simply perfect.”
Brunner concludes, “Because tool specifications of the Eterna machines follow the BOBST Group standard and have a corresponding operating concept, most participants in our training courses can effectively implement methods and learning content, directly on their own die-cutters. This is why we decided to purchase this machine at that time. In the last few years we have increased and intensified our cooperation with Eterna. We are looking forward to further exciting joint projects.”
