TAPPI is pleased to announce the Call for Presentations for the 2017 CorrExpo Conference, which will be held October 16-18 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island. Abstracts are due February 6 for the regular program sessions and June 30 for the What’s New Session.
The program committee has identified graphics and digital as the two key focuses for the 2017 conference but TAPPI is also accepting any topics, which would be of interest to the corrugated community.
Those interested in presenting specifically on digital can submit abstracts related to the following areas: Substrate; Ink; Digital equipment manufacturers; Support equipment; Work flow; Employment; Box manufacturing facilities or consultants — If you had to do it again – same or different choices? – before you decide on digital – selling digital; Consumer product company expectations and desires.
Submit all presentation abstracts for all topics to speakermanagement.tappi.org. Abstracts should be around 50 words and describe the basic content of the presentation and the time and format (general session, breakout session, panel discussion or combination of formats) needed to cover your topic fully. Commercialism guidelines will be somewhat relaxed for these presentations and discussions but presenters will be held accountable to Antitrust Guidelines.
Submissions are due on or before February 6, 2017; authors will be notified by March 17 regarding acceptance. Final presentations are due by September 11. For more information on the 2017 CorrExpo event please visit www.correxpo.org
