Supremex Inc, a North American manufacturer and marketer of a broad range of stock and custom envelopes and growing provider of packaging and specialty products, has confirmed it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Quebec-based Durabox Paper Inc., a manufacturer of specialty corrugated boxes.

The addition of the equipment and knowhow allows us to efficiently produce and customize corrugated packaging, broaden the Supremex product offering and continue to diversify the business,” said Stewart Emerson, President and CEO of Supremex Inc.
Founded in 2002 and a family owned and operated business, Durabox employs 50 at its Lachine, Quebec facility and serves customers primarily in Central and Eastern Canada as well as in the United States. Durabox generated approximately $8 million in revenues in their last fiscal year. John Nickoletopoulos, President, and the management team will remain with the company.
