SupplyOne Inc., the Pennsylvania- based consolidator of specialty packaging manufacturers, packaging equipment, and supply distributors, has acquired Omni Packaging, Inc., a privately held business headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Since its founding in 1988 by husband and wife team Mike and Roberta Jones, Omni Packaging has provided a consultative approach to packaging logistics, procurement, warehousing, and shipping. The company’s 100,000-sq-ft complex in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and satellite facilities in Oklahoma City, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Alabama, includes a product offering that spans over 50,000 SKUs.
