Among the range of accessories available for corrugators, Aersystem sound proof cabins and control rooms have gained great attention from the market over recent years. The robust design and qualitaty materials utilised, combined with large windows and smart utility doors for quick access to the inside, have gained great success for Aersystem.
“We are supplying our sound proof enclosures all over the world, including South America and even Australia,” says Renzo Rigoni, owner and CEO. “Nevertheless, it is in Europe where the market for cabins is booming. Literally, each week we receive new enquiries, new challenges to meet. Our customers know that they can rely on Aersystem for state-of-the-art, tailor made solutions, which not only contain noise within 85 dB, but also allows for correct ventilation inside the cabin and an efficient exhaust of the heat. We always suggest high structures, as this is of great benefit for an improved air flow inside the cabin. In our opinion, it also gives a better aesthetic appearance, as the nice looks are also very important to our customers.”

The solid structure and design allows for the installation of ventilators directly on the roof of the cabin and to have them sound enclosed too.
Massimo Palomba, Sales Director, says, “The latest trend is to install temperature measurers so that the ventilation is automatically adjusted via PLC, according to the actual needs. Maintaining a constant temperature inside machines, such as the single facer and triplex/glue unit, is giving surprising benefits in terms of corrugated board quality.”
Aersystem is setting a new record this year in terms of sales, thanks to its reputation and specialisation in the corruated market, as confirmed by numerous repeat-orders and new orders from independent and integrated companies.
