The SPA Emerging Leaders (EL) Initiative, inspired by the AICC EL Program, is designed for sheet plant employees who have the talent and drive to become future business leaders.
The programme is now enrolling for 2025. Attendees of the UK Corrugated Industry Trade Show 2024 in October are invited to visit the joint SPA/CPI stand (N1/P1) to discover more about the SPA Emerging Leaders Programme.
On the second day of the Trade Show, Tuesday 8th October, the current 2024 SPA Emerging Leaders will attend the fifth module of their Programme at Telford International Centre before exploring the exhibition hall. Delegates who meet one of the Emerging Leaders are encouraged to take a moment to connect with the next generation of leaders and help shape the future of our industry.
