Solema, the Bergamo, Italy-based manufacturer of equipment that produces pads and partitions, has confirmed the recent installation of Quadro stackers at three sheet plants in the UK. The Quadro is a stacker especially designed to collect and stack partitions coming from small rotary slotters/slitters. It allows the user to increase production speed and to save on the amount of people needed to run the line.
“The customers have quickly seen how much the Quadro increased their production output,” confirms Luca Parsani, Sales Director. “After two months from the machine installation, two of the sheet plants have now just placed orders for a second Quadro each, which is great news.”
