Compact & Bale Ltd recently delivered a pair of new DURAPAC CB65X balers and a new DURAPAC CB1500HD static compactor to a major packaging company in Essex.
Moving to a new factory gave Compact & Bale’s customer the opportunity to change from compacting to baling their recyclable waste. Making 750kg bales enables them to sell their recyclable waste in maximum weight payloads, ensuring that they are paid the highest rebates.
They also purchased a new heavy-duty static compactor that will press their non-recyclable waste into full weight containers, ensuring they incur the lowest transport costs.
Compact & Bale’s Chairman, Steve Burnett, who led the project, says, “In today’s highly competitive packaging market, investing in high performance compacting and baling machines gives our customers an edge over their competitors, enabling them to reduce handling and disposal costs, gain significant new income streams and help the environment.”
