U.S. based Shorr Packaging Corp. has consolidated two West Coast operations into a new larger location in Los Angeles, serving the growing needs of customers within the Inland Empire, Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Diego County areas.
The new 186,000-sq-ft plant offers 60 percent more office and warehouse space and is close to major state highways for convenient east-west travel from California to Virginia and north-south access to Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho and Montana to the Canadian border.
The facility has a Corrugated Design Center and an Equipment Demo area for Lantech, 3M and Sharp packaging equipment.
This West Coast location marks the seventh expansion for Shorr within two years, not including the additions of other new buildings and building extensions, to accommodate for overflow.
