In December, Smurfit Kappa Group plc confirmed that it has commenced a share buy-back transaction of up to approximately 1.2 million Smurfit Kappa Group plc ordinary shares to mitigate the dilution of Shares issued on the vesting of awards under its Performance Share Plan earlier this year. Any Shares repurchased will be cancelled.
