RRK Wellpappenfabrik in Bottrop, Germany is responding to the sustained growing demand for high-quality corrugated boxes by installing another Bobst Mini-Line.
The four colour flexo-folder-gluer has state-of-the-art technical equipment, including a fluting module, separate from the die-cutting unit, a diverter unit, glue line control and position monitoring of the reinforcement strips. A robotic feed, packing robot and camera monitoring complete the line’s automation equipment. The four inking units have suction removal of dust and infra-red drying.
