UNTHA shredding technology has been growing consistently over the past years. September saw the company set a special record: 16 new employees have started work at the headquarters in Kuchl/Salzburg.
The newscomers are spread across product management, ERP, production and traineeships in various departments, among others. In addition, several apprentices began their training in mechanical engineering.

Not everyone has to be an expert in mechanical engineering, but a basic interest in technology, an open mind for exciting projects and a passion for working with different departments are crucial,” said Matthias Kiefer, Head of Human Resources, UNTHA. “Our industry is developing rapidly worldwide, so we as a company cannot afford to stand still either. That is why it is so important that we constantly invest in our team and its further development.”
