Oliver Printing & Packaging Co., based in Twinsburg, Ohio, has purchased Pohlig Packaging, a Richmond, Virginia, carton and box maker founded in 1866.
Pohlig makes folding cartons, microfluted corrugated boxes and setup boxes for the food and grocery, consumer products, automotive aftermarket and health care markets. Oliver Printing makes print, display and packaging services. Terms were not disclosed.
