Packaging Corporation of America has reported fourth quarter 2021 net income of $217 m, or $2.28 per share, and net income of $262 m, or $2.76 per share, excluding special items. Fourth quarter net sales were $2.0 bn in 2021 and $1.7 bn in 2020.
Full year 2021 net income was $841 m, or $8.83 per share, and net income of $894 m, or $9.39 per share, excluding special items. Full year net sales were $7.7 bn in 2021 and $6.7 bn in 2020.
