It has been reported that Oji Fibre Solutions has acquired the assets of Melbourne, Australia-based Cardboard Cartons Pty Ltd Co. As a result, Oji has formed a new company – Oji Cardboard Carton Solutions Pty Ltd – to continue the operations of the business. The company expects positive growth from high value packaging, thanks to increasing demand in both decorative wine boxes for export and shelf ready packaging in retail stores.
