Artur Popczyk has confirmed that, after 25 years of working at DS Smith Poland in the Packaging division, that he will take on the role of Managing Director of DS Smith Recycling Germany and CEE, as of 2nd December, 2024.
“This is a great honour and an exciting challenge that I am eager to embrace. Over the years, I have gained invaluable experience, collaborated with incredible people, and completed ambitious projects. Now, I look forward to a new mission: driving growth and strengthening DS Smith’s position in the recycling sector across such dynamic markets as Germany and Central and Eastern Europe,” said Popczyk. “I would like to thank everyone who has accompanied me on this journey so far your support, collaboration, and inspiration have been invaluable.”
