Paulus Goess has recently started as Growth and Sustainability Director at Mondi Corrugated Solutions.
“Over the past three years, my work at Mondi Flexible Packaging has been transformative. I’ve had the privilege of building a wonderful team and leading them through challenges, growth and innovation. These experiences have taught me to deal with adversity, develop effective strategies and empower others to shine,” said Goess. “Together we built a truly high performing team, and I am very happy that Fabio Peyer now takes the lead for the Mondi Flex Packaging Growth & Sustainability team. But more than the successes, I also take away the lessons: how to overcome headwinds, adapt processes, build trust and create a space where people thrive.”
