BAHMÜLLER is investing in the further expansion of the Corrugated Board Converting business unit and is taking on a total of 16 new apprentices in 2024 in order to actively counteract the shortage of personnel and skilled workers that the economy will increasingly face in the future. This brings the total number of trainees to 41.
The training focuses on IT specialists, industrial mechanics and electrical and electronic specialists. Some of the young trainees are trained in cooperation with Klingele Paper & Packaging SE & Co. KG – Wellpappenwerk Grunbach in order to optimally prepare the junior staff for the future tasks of our customers in the corrugated industry.
Michael Holtmann, CEO, comments, “The availability of qualified and committed specialists is one of the most important resources for the future, in which we have been actively investing for several years.”
