Smurfit Kappa Tannochside, Scotland, has recently introduced C&T Channel’s Corrugate matrix for its packaging production. The introduction of a new creasing matrix requires careful consideration to ensure that neither speed nor quality of production is compromised. These are factors that Scott Burnett, Production Manager at Smurfit Kappa Tannochside took into account when selecting C&T’s Corrugate matrix, a creasing matrix designed specifically for corrugated board. Its extra wide body (20mm) reduces pressure and prevents cracking. It is available in Standard, Internal Chamfer and U Bend options.
