Maschinenmau in Germany has been taken over by its principal employees since the death of the founder, Manfred Mau.
The leading production engineers Christian Bauer and Sebastian Rueck are the new owners of Barmatec GmbH, where they continue to manufacture the MultiGluer range of gluing machines at premises located near to Nuremburg. Service and spare parts have been upgraded to mirror their growing world-wide market, while export sales are being further expanded by Howard Norman-Taylor.
New multi-function versions of the MultiGluer have been developed to encompass the new markets for e-commerce or for more specialised composite packaging, while retaining the advantages of minimal floorspace and very quick set-up. Beckhoff electronics, along with Baumer hhs cold adhesive applicators or auto tape dispensers, make this a most versatile folder/gluer.
