Marbach Poland celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2024 – a success story that began with just four employees and now includes a network of three plants and almost 250 employees.
In 1999, the foundation stone of Marbach Poland was laid in Tarnowskie Góry. The company started its business with a small team consisting of four people. Just three years later, in 2002, a second plant was opened in Kielce, which also started with a team of four employees.
In 2008, the construction of a new plant in Tarnowskie Góry marked a decisive turning point. This investment laid the foundation for growth in the years to come. By 2012, the company had already exceeded the 100-employee mark – a clear sign of the increasing demand and growing confidence in the quality of Marbach products.
The demand for cutting-dies has led to further significant investments. In 2013, the plant in Tarnowskie Góry was expanded by 50%, followed by the construction of a new plant in Kielce in 2014 where in 2019, capacities were doubled in order to meet the growing demands of the market.
Another highlight in the company’s history was the purchase of the company Wykrojniki Polskie in 2019. This strategic acquisition strengthened the market position of Marbach Poland and expanded the company’s portfolio of products and services.
Marbach Poland is not only focusing on growth, but also on sustainability. In 2020, a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 50 kWh was installed at the Kielce plant. In 2023, another system with 340 kWh followed in Tarnowskie Góry. These investments underline Marbach Poland’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
Today, Marbach Poland employs almost 250 people at its three locations in Tarnowskie Góry, Kielce and Poznań. This makes the company an important part of the global Marbach Group, which has over 1,600 employees at 20 locations worldwide.
