Marbach and Karoń-Lettero, sheet metal specialists for the graphic arts industry, are introducing their new, innovative storage systems for cutting-dies to the market.
For almost 20 years, Marbach has been offering its customers a special storage system for die packages under the name Marbach Die Storage System (MDSS). Marbach is now expanding its portfolio with a new product line with two different versions, which has been developed in cooperation with Karoń-Lettero: MDSS|smart and MDSS|pro. This product line has been launched specifically to meet the requirements and needs of packaging manufacturers, corrugated board factories and printing companies.
The new product line from Marbach and Karoń-Lettero combines modern technology and comprehensive development power with Marbach’s practical know-how. A key objective of the new product line, with its smart and pro versions, is to make the highest quality and latest technology available for smaller budgets as well. The combination of different system modules allows for a customized solution for every requirement. This means that both small and large production companies can benefit from the many advantages of the new storage systems. Both the smart and pro versions are available for flat and rotary tools. The ‘smart’ version is the smart solution for smaller projects with manual operating devices. It optimizes the storage of cutting die packages enormously. The pro version, on the other hand, is aimed primarily at larger production companies that want to automate the operation of their storage system using a crane system.
