UK-based Lenvale Group has confirmed that it has completed the acquisition of the manufacturing assets of Kes Reclamation Ltd. The company will now trade as Kes Packaging
Group Managing Director, Martin Ferrari, comments, “This is an extremely complimentary business to our Group and significantly expands our opportunity in paper product manufacturing. As demand for paper products continues to increase this will allow Kes to explore other areas of opportunities competing against plastic and other substrates.”
Kirk Smith, Managing Director of Kes, comments, “This is a positive, timely change for the company and allows for further development of the business through the Lenvale Group. The business can now expand and diversify into alternative markets.”
