LearyVIEW Braille seamlessly integrates into the folding carton production line to verify every Braille dot is in exactly the correct position relative to one another and to the carton panel. Monitor for embossed presence, placement and register with up to 50 characters per line at speed of up to 150,000 cartons per hour.
Braille inspection software is simple-to-use. With the touch of a button the Braille is learned, decoded and displayed on the screen to be verified as correct by the operator. Once the master is accepted, every subsequent carton is scanned to verify a perfect match.
