Grupo Gondi has completed the previously announced acquisition of Aluprint Folding Cartons from Austria-based Constantia Flexibles, after receiving COFECE’s authorisation. Aluprint Folding Cartons, located in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, is a premier manufacturer of high graphic folding cartons. The Aluprint Folding Cartons acquisition will further Grupo Gondi´s market share in high graphic packaging and extend its range of solutions to meet the growing and dynamic industry of consumer goods in Mexico and USA.

Following this acquisition, Grupo Gondi will operate 14 plants and employ more than 7,200 talented and dedicated individuals.
