Woods Cross, UT-based Flexpak LLC, has confirmed it has completed the acquisition of Katzke Packaging Co on September 1, as reported in Board Converting News.
Katzke is a distributor of corrugated boxes, custom foam, poly bags, bubble wrap, stretch wrap, tapes and labels. The company is based in Aurora, CO, and was founded in 1948.
