To follow-up a year where the company earned critical acclaim for its export activities (receiving two prestigious awards and grant funding for the fifth time), US based Flexo Concepts starts 2019 with a new addition to its international business development team – Arnoud de Jong.
As an International Business Development Manager, Arnoud will be responsible for growing and servicing the company’s TruPoint® doctor blade business in northern Europe. He will be based in his home country, the Netherlands, and brings a wide range of strategic capabilities to his new role – a good sense for the European flexo industry, a strong marketing background and proficient language skills in Dutch, English and German.
The international sales team currently includes two other business development managers – Bernat Ferrete is based in Spain and is responsible for southern Europe, as well as the LATAM and EMEA regions, and Steve Kao covers Asia from his office in Taiwan. “We recognize the importance of having people in the field who understand the regional markets,” said Kevin McLaughlin, Flexo Concepts’ CEO. “By having employees who speak the native languages and are intimately familiar with local cultures and business practices, we are better equipped to meet the needs of the industry.”
