Emmepi Group has acquired Favalessa Spa, the Italian manufacturer which was founded in 1970. The company specialised in the production of many types of peripheral equipment, such as pre-feeders, palletisers, vacuum stripper stackers and breakers.
Speaking about the latest acquisition, Alessandro Bersanetti, President of Emmepi Group, said, “With the acquisition of Favalessa Spa, we have expanded our machinery offering and are now able to propose to customers the entire range of machines and handling equipment to enhance materials flow throughout the plant.”
