Marbach is setting new standards in packaging production with its innovative blanking tool alublanker. Thanks to its aluminium construction, the alublanker not only ensures maximum precision and perfect stacking, but also makes handling considerably easier due to its low weight.
“Our customers are enthusiastic about the alublanker’s low weight. It is more than 50% lighter than a conventional compact blanker. This greatly simplifies handling when installing the blanking tool in the die-cutting machine,” explains Bernhard Reisser, Industry Manager, Marbach. This not only results in noticeable time savings, but also in less physical workload for employees.
But the alublanker not only impresses in terms of user-friendliness. Reisser adds, “The alublanker stands for perfect precision, reduced set-up times, excellent packaging quality and high machine speeds. This enables our customers to significantly increase their productivity.”
The alublanker is manufactured from a single piece and CNC-processed in a single milling operation. It is available in the marbablanker version for almost all layouts.
