DS Smith has confirmed it is set to acquire Parish Manufacturing Inc, a US manufacturer and supplier of bag-in-box systems, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Parish’s focus is in bag-in-box and custom packaging for different liquids for the food, beverage, water, food service, and chemical industries. Completion of the proposed acquisition is expected during the first quarter of 2017.
