From 6th to 7th March, a delegation from the company DS Smith Ralegh visited the DFG Center at CITO-System GmbH in Schwaig, Germany. During their visit, the members of the delegation gained an insight into the work carried out to date by the ‘Die Future Group’. The visit incorporated a tour of the production facility, the R&D department and the quality laboratory.
After a detailed presentation covering CITO as a company and the concept of a development cooperation with diemakers, an in-depth discussion was held on new technology and processes in die-cutting. CITO confirmed that the visitors were particularly impressed by the tour of this technical centre for cutting dies.
Before leaving, Darren Grant from DS Smith said, “At CITO, no matter where you turn, quality and innovation is everywhere.”
