AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, has announced that long-time supporter, Mike D’Angelo is joining its professional staff as Vice President. He has a long history of experience and service in the corrugated, folding carton and rigid box industries in sales and executive roles at Bobst, an active AICC Member, and Goss International. In addition to previous Associate Membership in AICC, he has served on the Board of Directors of the International Corrugated Packaging Foundation, including a term as chairman in 2007/2008.
AICC President Steve Young said, “We look forward to Mike’s success at the Association. His knowledge of the markets and relationships with the membership will allow him to make an impact in fast order.”
D’Angelo will begin at AICC on October 3. He commented, “I am thankful to Steve and the leadership for this opportunity to serve the membership in this role. I have always held the mission of AICC in the highest regard and I look forward to being a part of its continuing and evolving success in serving the independent corrugated, folding carton and rigid box industries.”
