Complete Design & Packaging Selects Young Shin Zenith 210 Plus

Phillip Mack, Vice President of Young Shin USA Limited, has confirmed that Complete Design & Packaging (CDP) is set to add a new Young Shin Zenith 210 Plus die-cutter to support its growing production requirements at its Concord, North Carolina headquarters.

The Young Shin high-speed flatbed Zenith 210 Plus was selected by the converter following an extensive market evaluation of fully-featured die cutters. The Zenith 210 Plus offers large format capability of 82.5” x 59.05”, rapid make-ready time, exceptional quality, and reliability. The Young Shin die-cutter is scheduled to be installed in early Fall 2020. The Zenith 210 Plus accommodates single and doublewall corrugated, micro flute, litho label and single-face laminated board as well as foam core, plastic corrugated and paperboard down to .060 point; a maximum sheet thickness of .433”; and can run up to 5,000 sheets per hour.
