Peter Roose, Managing Director of Ropak in Belgium, has confirmed the company installed a CLG 1105 gluer at its facility in Genk. Ropak is part of the Louis Blockx Group.
“As a result of the acquisition of the Festapack activities in Genk in March 2016, we more than doubled the turnover of our business,” explains Mr Roose. “The Lamina CLG 1105 was a logical investment to allow us to cater for the sharp increase in demand. We now own two Lamina machines in our gluing department, they really are great workhorses.”
Mr Roose concludes, “We have been really pleased with the installation. The team from Lamina did a great job, not only with the installation, but also the training.”
