CITO‑SYSTEM GmbH has appointed Thomas Gerner, the former Director of Finance, as CFO of the CITO GROUP. He is the new Managing Director alongside the Group’s CEO, Jürgen Mariën.
The current majority shareholder and sole Managing Director, Jürgen Mariën, will continue to be a member of the management team for several years. However, he considers it forward-looking to start sharing responsibility and decision-making competence among the team now.
