Tania von der Goltz, CFO of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, has informed the company’s Supervisory Board ahead of its meeting on 19 March, that she will not extend her contract beyond its current term.
She will step down from her position at the end of the financial year on 31 March. This step is being taken on the best of terms with the company. Jürgen Otto, CEO, will take over the management of the finance functions until further notice. Heidelberg says it is on track with the measures introduced and confirms its forecast for the year.
