Greece based Antopack has installed a complete post-press converting line, supplied by Shandong Century Machinery, the Chinese supplier of flatbed die-cutters.
The project consisted of a 1650GZ automatic flat bed die-cutter, two breakers, two pre-feeders, conveyor systems and one automatic folder gluer. Antopack chose the line to help significantly reduce labour cost for the production of litho-laminated packaging. The line has computer memory for easy recall of previous jobs and the line has servo drives for automatic adjustment of the moving parts, as well as two breakers working for multiple blank breaking.
