Bloomington, Indiana based C&M Conveyor has promoted industry veteran Randy Grube to President. Grube’s previous positions with C&M Conveyor include chief operating officer, vice president of sales and customer service, and director of field operations. Since joining the company in 2013, he has been part of the management team directing the growth initiative to add capacity and new products and to increase productivity in all areas of the company’s operations.
Before joining C&M Conveyor, Grube was a corporate project manager for six years with Packaging Corp. of America and production manager and senior project engineer for 13 years with Smurfit-Stone Container. Grube holds two degrees from the University of Kansas — a B.S. in mechanical engineering and an M.B.A.
