Denmark-based Boxen Emballage have ordered a second automatic die-cutter from Baysek Machines.
The independently owned company, located just outside the city of Aaolborg, first purchased a machine in 2021 and have added a second due to growth and rapid expansion.
Rune Jorgensen, Managing Director, said, “The new C170 will add a wealth of opportunity. The service we receive from Baysek is fantastic and we are delighted to continue our relationship for many years to come.”
Robert Jess, UK & Europe Sales, Baysek, added, “It’s great to further strengthen our relationship with Rune and his team, it’s exciting to see what the new installation will bring. The machine is due to be delivered in August 2024.”
The C170 only requires one operator to run the machine. A full pallet is fed into the machine and processed, the finished die cut pallet exits the machine, counted and stacked ready for immediate shipping saving both time and additional labour cost as no further handling is required such as ‘breaking out’ or further ‘stripping’. The C170 can process and die-cut all grades of corrugated from single face up to doublewall and solid board. The PLC is operator friendly with multiple features designed to maximise production time. The machine is CE marked and has enhanced safety features throughout making the machine one of the safest on the market. Average job changeover is 10-15 minutes, no stripping tool is needed making the C170 a highly productive machine with a quick return on investment.
