Giorgio Bigiani, Sales Director of BIMAC Srl and John Bohorquez, Sales Director of Alpine CS Machinery LLC of USA, have confirmed that they have reached a commercial agreement for the sale of BIMAC converting machines in the USA, Canada, and Latin America (excluding Brazil).
Effective 1st September 2022, Alpine are now the exclusive agent for BIMAC and will market and sell converting machines, with full technical support from the Italian manufacturer. All new BIMAC converting machines will be sold and delivered in the Americas with a spare parts package included, in addition to the standard warranty.
Bigiani says, “We are happy with this agreement with John, whom we have known for many years. John has extensive commercial and technical experience and he knows the American markets. He has established a solid reputation and good relationships with all of his customers across the industry in the region. We are certain that John will do his best to help and collaborate with BIMAC engineering team during the installation process, start-up, operation, and after-sale support.”
BIMAC’s converting machines are equipped with Siemens PLC, remote control service, and online monitoring cameras for fast checking and monitoring directly from the BIMAC support and customer service department.
In other news, Bimac continues to grow; the fiscal year of 2021 came with more sales and a positive financial balance. Thanks to a strongly oriented approach to customers satisfaction, and a dedicated after sale service of 25 years of experience, the company completed numerous installations in Italy and abroad during 2021.
Bigiani concludes, “The positive trend of orders received from Italian and European customers continued during 2022, for deliveries into 2023. Thanks to the collaboration between numerous customers and sales agents, we have a stronger position in the market. We are really satisfied with the results during these last years in general, which reflects the improvement process and performance of the machines. Thanks also to the inclusion of new collaborators, a further target is to build new models with more size ranges, to keep growing and expand to new markets globally.”
