BCI (Buckeye Corrugated Inc.) has acquired Bellotti Packaging, Inc., known as “Bell-Pak” in Syracuse, New York. Founded in 1986, Bell-Pak was previously owned by Louis Bellotti, Jr. Since its inception, Bell-Pak has been regarded as a leading independent sheet plant in Syracuse, providing exceptional service and products to its customers, according to BCI.
States BCI President & CEO, Doug Bosnik, “Lou Bellotti and the associates at Bell-Pak have built a solid business in service to their customers. That service culture will continue as we complete this next succession step for their company. Going forward, Bell-Pak will be merged into BCI’s Empire Division, which will add to BCI’s growing market position in upstate New York.
