Aopack has recently installed one of its BM2508-Pro box making machines at a customer site in Wuhan, China. Now producing corrugated shelf ready boxes in seven different sizes, this machine was installed in December 2024. It is mainly used to produce small and medium batch orders.
This factory uses online live broadcasting to show carton production to attract potential customers. Recently, they held an online live event on WeChat Channel. During the live broadcast, they used the BM2508-Pro to produce open top corrugated shelf boxes. A total of seven different sizes were produced. Production efficiency is approximately 130 pcs per hr.
Slitting, Slotting, Creasing, and Irregular Shape Cutting are processed in one pass. During the live broadcast, customers watched this versatile all-in-one machine production. In addition to these functions, the BM2508-Pro also has cold gluing, flexographic printing, order management system, and more. All the functions can be processed in one pass, making it especially suitable for low to medium volume box production.
