Antalis has signed a binding agreement to acquire Plaesa in Spain, a specialist of technical packaging and conversion of made-to-measure packaging solutions.
This acquisition marks another important step in Antalis’ expansion in the Iberian packaging market. Founded in 1983, Plaesa is a family-owned business specialising in the design, conversion and production of customised technical packaging solutions.
With an annual turnover of €6m, Plaesa is a strong player in the provinces of Madrid and Toledo, employing 38 people and operating from four facilities.
