VPK Group company Corex has significantly expanded its production site in Poland. The tube producer’s site – situated centrally on the Poznan-Gdansk area – has added an additional building, effectively doubling the total production area. The company says this new area gives space for future growth and new machines. An additional drying unit has now been commissioned. A number of other machines are still planned.

In addition to the growth of the production capacity, logistics have also improved. Thanks to integrated loading bays, trucks can now load faster and more efficiently.
Roel Verbinnen, Global Accounts & Marketing Director, said, “The Polish tube market continues to grow. Foil and paper production provide the largest demand. The expansion in Poland supports this business need.”
