UK based Elliott Baxter, the paper and board stockists, confirms several new stock grades are available. Cyber XLPac GC1 is a high quality fully coated Folding Boxboard with a single coated reverse (FSC certification and Robinson Compliant). Stocked in 393mic, 443mic, 482mic and 575mic in SRA2, SRA1, B2 and B1 it is suitable for all types of high quality graphical and carton packaging including book covers, food, greeting cards, multi media, pharmaceuticals and toiletries. Its high bulk, superb stiffness and smoothness reproduces solids, tints and half tone images with exceptional fidelity.
SinarKraft is another new stock grade which arrived in November. It is a high quality fully coated folding boxboard with a Kraft lined reverse, hard sized and PEFC certified. Stocked in 381mic, 470mic and 585mic in SRA1, B2 and B1 it is suitable for all types of high quality packaging with a focus on the food and beverage sector.
Indoluxx XL, available this New Year, is a Silver Metallised Folding Boxboard with FSC certification and Robinson compliant. Stocked in 395mic, 440mic, 495mic and 545mic, B1 sheet size (720 x 1020mm), this is a product targeting the luxury packaging sector and is new from ITC PSPD, India.
Indobarr Premium is also available in early January, a high quality fully coated hard sized Folding Boxboard with 15gsm of PE on the reverse (FSC certification and Robinson Compliant). Stocked in 349mic, 397mic and 434mic, sheet size 720 x 1020mm, this is a product developed by ITC PSPD for Ebb Paper using their Cyber Premium GC2 grade which they already stock.
“We have received numerous calls from a number of customers requiring smaller quantities of Silver Metpol Board and PE Board on a next day basis so we felt that it would be worth adding these to our range to support our customers and show our commitment to ITC. We do not believe that any other merchant can offer these products off the shelf from as few as 100 sheets for next day delivery,” says Simon Woolridge, Divisional Manager of the Board Division.
