DS Smith Plc has confirmed the acquisition of DPF Groupe, a specialist in multi material packaging solutions and a well-invested corrugated producer. It operates two companies in France, DPF in Rives near Grenoble and Tout’Embal in Alès. The company employs about 80 people. The addition of DPF Groupe is complementary to DS Smith in France.
