Manchester, England-based Fast Pak Packaging have installed a second Redline die-cutter. The new 1700 x 1200 die-cutter stands next to the existing Redline 1900 x 1300 they installed three years ago. Fast Pak, a fast turnaround sheet plant with 50 employees have now doubled their capacity in flatbed die-cutting. The two Redlines are robust, hard working, reliable and easy to use machines.
David Leighton, Managing Director of Fast Pak said, “We have been impressed with the machines supplied by Diecut UK. They are of good build quality and can stand up to heavy use. Not only that, the service Diecut UK offer is really good. It gives me peace of mind that we can have support if needed and their claim of emergency support anywhere in the UK in 24 hours gives me and the team confidence. Of course, this was important when we purchased the first machine and the second was just a natural choice.”
Steve Waterhouse, Managing Director of Diecut UK comments, “Fast Pak join a growing number of customers who have purchased multiple products and benefit from our annual heath and safety service. We are pushing to become the ‘go to’ company not just for the machines we offer, but for the services we provide. More and more people are embracing Diecut UK’s preventive maintenance programme to make sure their machinery is running at optimum performance. Everyone knows it’s not the price of the part, but the cost of being out of production. The programme also offers peace of mind to know that a qualified third party company can ensure their machines comply with the ever changing regulations. Fast Pak are a great company and it’s always good to watch the business you work with flourish.”
